League of Arab States
The League of Arab States (LAS) is an Pan-Arab governmental organization based in Cairo, Egypt, composed of 22 Arab States. The League's mission is to draw closer relations among its Member States and to co-ordinate their political activities with the aim of realizing a close collaboration between them; safeguarding their independence and sovereignty; enhancing cooperation in economic, cultural, social, health and other fields; cooperating with international bodies to ensure security and peace and regulate economic and social relations; and protecting the interests and affairs of Arab States in general.

Arab Industrial Development and Mining Organization
The Arab Industrial Development and Mining Organization (AIDMO) is a specialized Arab organization, functioning under the umbrella of the League of Arab States. Headquartered in Rabat, Morocco, AIDMO aims to promote the industrialization and development of the mineral wealth in the Arab States and to achieve comprehensive Arab cooperation that elevates the level of Arab industry and mining to cope with successive technological and administrative developments at the global level. In addition, AIDMO assists Arab Member States in overcoming obstacles in the field of manufacturing, mining, setting specifications, standards, quality control and other activities related to industrial production and mining.

Arab Organization for Agricultural Development
The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) is a specialized Arab organization, functioning under the umbrella of the League of Arab States. As such, its members are all the member states of the Arab League. AOAD's goals are defined by two dimensions: nationally and regionally. At the national level, AOAD aims to assist member countries in developing and enhancing their respective agricultural sectors. At the regional level, AOAD aims to facilitate coordination among member countries in the agricultural sector, with the aim of achieving a fully integrated Arab economy union, and food self-sufficiency. AOAD is headquartered in Khartoum, Sudan.
