VR food safety inspection/auditing exercise

This is a virtual reality training tool which aims to improve competences of food safety auditors and inspectors by identifying the main non-conformities in the operation of food processing / distribution facility, in the specific case, in-door farmer’s markets based on the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 and Codex HACCP Principles.

Food safety regulators and inspectors can improve their technical competences by visiting factories around the world and try to identify food safety non-conformities. This is particularly for those who have a basic knowledge about the HACCP Principle but might lack the practical experience.
